The seal of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) - represents the nucleus supervising the CIS.



The Philippine Eagle represents bravery. The qualities like sharpness of the eagle's eye is essential in gathering of information and evidence.



Three peaked beveled edge represents the daily challenges that will be faced  by CIS in the three (3) major island of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.




Means Community Investigative Support, the volunteered Force Multipliers of CIDG for information and evidence gathering.
