RAMON, Isabela ,Philippines — Pormal na nanumpa sa tungkulin ang 236 mga bagong operatiba ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Community Investigative Support sa Region 2 sa isinagawang oathtaking ceremony sa bayan ng Ramon, Isabela noong Sabado.
Ayon kay P/Senior Supt Flaviano Baltazar, hepe ng CIDG ang panunumpa ng mga bagong miyembro ng CIDG-CIS ay programa na inilunsad ng PNP sa pangunguna ni Atty. Samuel Pagdilao Jr., PNP director ng CIDG.

DEATH threats are not uncommon in his line of work.
But despite the risks, 44-year-old Joseph Jamili enlisted in the service in the spirit of volunteerism.
Jamili took his oath last Saturday as one of the new members of the Community Investigative Support (CIS), a group of professionals and non-professionals who will share their expertise in the investigation and solution of crimes handled by the Criminal and Investigation Detection Group (CIDG).

MANILA, Philippines – Six hired guns in Rizal and another in Batangas were arrested by elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) as part of a nationwide police manhunt against fugitives wanted for heinous crimes.
CIDG director Samuel D. Pagdilao Jr. said operatives from Cavite, led by Chief Inspector Rey Magdaluyo, arrested six members of the notorious Bermejo gun-for-hire syndicate at about 5 a.m. Friday in a village at the boundary of Antipolo City and Baras town.

THE Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) is now recruiting civilian volunteers to be members of the Community Investigative Support (CIS) to help it in solving crimes, said CIDG Director General Samuel Pagdilao.
Pagdilao was in Bacolod City on Saturday as he visited the CIDG Western Visayas office. He also took the opportunity to attend the birthday of Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia at the Forest Park Resort, Barangay Taculing.
